How To Reverse A Sequence Of Keyframes

In this tutorial, you will learn how to quickly reverse a sequence of keyframes in your animation.

Step 1 - Open Your Project And Locate The Keyframes

With your project open, go to the timeline and find the element with the animation you want to reverse. Make sure all keyframes for that element are visible.

Step 2 - Select All Keyframes To Reverse

Highlight every keyframe in the sequence you want to reverse. Ensure none are left out to keep the motion continuous.

Step 3 - Reverse The Keyframes

Right-click the selected keyframes and choose 'Reverse Keyframes' from the menu. The order flips automatically while keeping all properties intact.

Step 4 - Check The Reversed Animation

Play the animation to confirm it now starts from the opposite side. All transformations, including position, rotation, scale, morph, and opacity, follow the reversed order.

Step 5 - Use The Reversed Sequence

Apply the reversed keyframes to create return animations or mirrored motion. Adjust timing or easing if needed.
