What if my plan expires?
If you cancel the renewal of your Pro subscription, it will stay active until the last day of the current billing cycle. Once your premium subscription expires, it will be automatically changed to Free.
If you don’t cancel the renewal, but the payment fails for some reason, your plan will be changed to Free, until you update your payment method in the Account settings.
The Free plan comes with the following limitations:
- With a free account, you are limited to a total of 3 exports, regardless of the file type. Once these three exports are used, they will not renew, even if you downgrade from a Pro plan.
- All exported animations will be watermarked regardless of export type.
- Player API control isn’t available in the Free plan.
- Your account will store up to 5 rendered files, with a total limit of 1 GB.
- Rendered files, such as GIFs or videos, are retained for 60 days after your Pro plan expires. After this period, they will be deleted from the server.
Once you upgrade again, you can export these animators as well.
