1. What counts as a new export in the Free plan?
Each time you edit and export a file, it counts as a new export. However, regardless of your subscription plan, you can create and export as many static SVG files as you want.
2. What if I need help with my animation?
With the Pro plan, you'll enjoy priority customer support, where one of our customer care specialists can guide you through the essential steps via email to help you achieve your desired results.
3. Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime. However, keep in mind that canceling refers to future automatic payments. Premium features will still be available until your subscription's expiration date and you will not receive a prorated refund.
4. What happens to my projects on SVGator if my subscription ends?
Your editable projects will not be deleted from your account. However, when your subscription ends, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan and your rendered files such as videos and GIFs, will be automatically deleted after 60 days.
5. Can I keep using the exported animations after my subscription ends?
Once a SVG is exported there are no limitations in using it and it will continue to display on your site even after you are no longer a Pro user.
